Josette Paige
I am a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and have my Certification in Meeting Management (CMM) with 30 years managing and executing conferences for federal government contracts and Associations. As a meeting planner I have first-hand knowledge and understand why meeting planning is consistently ranked as one of the most stressful jobs.
At the age of 40 I attended a Yoga for Newbies Class and discovered how important yoga is to managing stress. During the COVID pandemic, I had the opportunity to deepen my yoga practice and earned my RYT 200-hour certification in 2021 and recently obtained 300 -hours of advanced yoga teacher training and earned my RYT-500 certification in February 2025.
I want to share yoga with people who take care of others (first responders, caregivers, nurses, teachers, etc.) and rarely take time for self-care. I want to help people discover their inner peace as I was able to find Mine.
